This bar works realy well. It was purchased for a second tv so we could move the console to play in another room.

I destroyed my original wii sensor because I tried to splice on an extension cord. When that didn't work, I bought an inTech wireless unit. I suffered with it for over a year. I finally got smart and purchased this unit along with a 15' extension cord. I now enjoy smooth gameplay for the first time. Looks just like the factory. No setup required.
Works just like the original. May 15, 2009 RJL (Texas) 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
We ordered this items after our Roomba vacuum chewed up the wire on the orginal. Works just like the original wii bar. Same sensitivity and range, so we're happy with it!

I bought a wii second-hand and it came without cords. I purchased this sensebar because I did not want to have to change the batteries in a wireless model. Works great, looks just like the Wii sensebar, but it says "MadCatz" on the top of it. The off-brand video cable I got on Amazon was great too.
I made the mistake of buying a cheap off-brand power adapter for the Wii on Amazon, and ended up having to go to Nintendo's web site to order a refurbished OEM adapter. It's only [...], and comes with a warranty from Nintendo.
Better than battery bars October 14, 2008 C. Hufnagel (Hanover pa.) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought a used Wii that had no sensor bar.First we got a wireless sensor bar. Hated having to turn it off and on and replace batteries all the time. This wired sensor bar works better too.If you need a sensor bar this is the one to get.
